When trying to accomplish something, whether it be happiness/emotional wellness, weight loss/health, good relationships, or goals, one of the hardest things to do is REMEMBER.

During a consuming emotional event, it is often hard, in the moment, to remember advice and therapies from professionals.
When a donut is before you, it's hard to remember the Prize of a healthier body.
When disagreeing with a partner, it's hard to remember what you agree on.
When becoming fatigued by working to achieve a goal, it's hard to remember the benefits that come from the achievement.

Life is hard. Focus and persistence are key. Haven't you always wanted a magic ball to rub to make your dreams come true? The Burden Ball isn't magic, but how WE mentally perceive it, using it as a physical catalyst, CAN make it magical. Magic balls don't have determination--you do! The Burden Ball is a tool. When looking at it, it's a physical catalyst-reminder, to see: your Burdens (your challenges/road blocks), to work on overcoming them, and to focus on THE PRIZE (achieving your goals) they lead to! "Keep your eye on the Prize!" Squeeze the ball during difficulties and picture yourself releasing your burdens into the ball. Continue holding it to remember the success your goals lead to. Feel these within the ball, and absorb strength from them, and from the ball, to carry on. That's part of what I call Positive Self Convincing (PSC). Remember with the Burden Ball's 5 Roots of Success it contains: The Hard, The Dark, The Light, The Smooth, and The Shiny (explained in the booklets). Buddha said to be friends with our burdens. Hence the name Burden Ball. Knowing our burdens is the beginning of overcoming them. Then it becomes a Motivation Ball, or Focus, Wellness, Health, Positivity, Reminder, Happiness Ball etc. depending on what you need. Consider it a gimmick--but a good gimmick. Reality is, the ball is psychological, and psychology is not a gimmick. Like saying you can do something enough times until you believe it. With belief comes energy to carry on, and then to achieve! (PSC).

If shy, hold the ball while talking to someone. Squeeze it and release shyness into it, refocus, & absorb confidence. If angry, hold it when tension is rising. Release anger & absorb love. For goals or laziness, release laziness & absorb work ethic & energy. For insomnia, release worry & envision & absorb the peace of a deserted island beach. Release temptation and absorb tenacity etc. Feel it reminding you of family's love and therapists' advice. Hold it for self-control, strength, tenacity, concentration, or to remember intentions or advice. If you have no one else, at least you have the Burden Ball. Release your burdens into it, causing frustration, addiction, anxiety, depression, etc. It has special power to support, strengthen, and love you! Ahh! You now have some help. Let the ball take on the burden! For the moment it will cry with you if needed, or pump you with hope or motivation. If lonely, hold it for love. It's saying, "It's okay." It's something physical you can hold that reminds, "Goodness!" & "Yes, you can!" Tell yourself it's true. That's the only way it is (PSC).

It won't cure your burdens, or replace medicine or therapy, but it's something small to remind you of objectives, plans, advice, and refocus on what is important beyond your burdens, to help get through a difficult moment. When all seems lost, and you're distressed, squeeze the ball, releasing your burden into it. It then becomes a Wellness Ball, and you absorb its strength and wellness, by focusing on them instead! You are on a great JOURNEY--to PEACE. But BURDENS are the gateway to get there. You must embrace them, to understand them, so you can pass by them on your journey. It's good to know them. Accept your mistakes & burdens. Visit them, but they are not your journey's end. PEACE is. Say good bye and "MOVE ON," with this as your mantra, to finish your quest. The sky is always blue above dark clouds, but often hard to remember. Besides holding the Burden Ball, remember with a strict focus on the 5 simple elements contained within it. Great achievements require hard work, but great rewards await the journey over difficult paths. Burden Ball for Weight Loss/Whole Health: Correct weight is nature's good-health medicine. Since it is easily seen and held, the Burden Ball© is the simplest way to keep focus on achieving it, teaching us why and how we eat. It's not a diet. It's a whole health reminder-facilitator. When tempted to overeat, correct weight is often hard because it's too easy to forget we are trying to lose weight & get healthier (donuts have uncanny power to erase memories and will-power :)). At those times, squeeze the Burden Ball to remember what you are trying to achieve and what your burdens/challenges are to achieving it. Release your overeating burden into it. It then becomes a Positivity/Health Ball, and you absorb its strength & positivity, by focusing on them instead! Additionally, the ball quickly helps you remember due to its focus on the 5 elements it comprises. Burden Ball for Marriage/Partner Relationships: Burden Ball is a dedicated ball, a tool to learn and defeat burdens preventing good marriage & partner relationships. It's for the person who is strong enough to be humble, & therefore recognize they can improve, which helps their relationship improve. No one is perfect. There are necessary relationship traits that don't come naturally to us all. Start with yourself. Practice, & become, & your aura will slowly impact others, & that comes back. Everyone has Burdens/Challenges that create road blocks to happy relationships. The Burden Ball is a physical-catalyst-reminder that reminds you of advice, plans, objectives, and helps focus on what is important beyond your burdens (The Prize of goal achievement: a good relationship). There are necessary relationship traits that don't come naturally to us all. Start with yourself. Its value is its simplicity. Just hold it. It's often hard to get hold of, or see your burdens. But you can hold and see the Burden Ball, so it is useful to help remind you of the way, and motivate you to continue. When distressed, squeeze the ball & envision releasing your burden into it. It then becomes a Relationship Ball, and you absorb its strength and positive traits, by refocusing on them!

Burden Ball for Goals/Motivation/Success: All great achievements are a bit difficult because they require work to pass the required road blocks/challenges to attain them. These are the Burdens to achieve our goals. What Burden is standing in the way and preventing your success? Burdens create fatigue, which reduces focus on the goal. Hold the Burden Ball for total focus. Great rewards await the journey over difficult paths. Often envision yourself progressing on your road and then obtaining the reward. This is sports psychology. The more you see it happen, the more you believe it can, and the more consistently you work. Then, the more likely it becomes. Hold the ball often. Squeeze it. Wear it out! Let it remind you of the end result you are working for. Envision yourself releasing your Burdens into the ball. It then becomes a Motivation Ball, and you absorb its strength and motivation by focusing on them instead! (Positive Self Convincing). Additionally, motivate yourself with a strict focus on the 5 simple elements the ball contains. You are on a great journey to success. But BURDENS are the gateway to get there. You must embrace them, to understand them, so you can pass by them on your journey. Visit them, but they are not your journey's end. Success is.
